Important: Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. All bookings are subject to availability, suitability and a Meet & Greet for new customers.

How Your Information Is Used

Purring Place uses the information you provide to check availability, confirm whether you are within the service area and respond to your enquiry.

The lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract. Consent is not used as the lawful basis for responding to your enquiry.

Enquiries are transmitted through Web3Forms and delivered to the Purring Place Microsoft 365 shared mailbox. Web3Forms permanently deletes submissions older than three months.

If an enquiry does not result in a booking, the shared mailbox copy and associated correspondence are automatically deleted after 90 days.
